Did you know Starbucks PSL syrup has cows milk in it? šŸ„ŗ When I found out, I knew I had to make my own healthy version. This 5 ingredient Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte is the perfect way to start your morning and even better than Starbucks. šŸ˜‹ā˜•ļøšŸŽƒ


Ingredients

ā€¢ 2/3 cup brewed coffee

ā€¢ 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

ā€¢ 2 Tbsp pumpkin purĆ©e

ā€¢ 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

ā€¢ 1 Tbsp maple syrup


Instructions

1. Add all ingredients into a pot over medium heat. Whisk, until warm.

2. Pour into mug and enjoy with coconut whipped cream if desired.
