Pumpkin oatmeal on a chilly Sunday morning is such a dream. šššThis is so easy to make and is the perfect fall breakfast.
Ingredients
ā¢1/2 cup old fashioned oats
ā¢1 cup almond milk
ā¢1/4 cup pumpkin purĆ©e
ā¢1 Tbsp maple syrup
ā¢dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized pot and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
2. Add the toppings of your choosing! I did slice banana, pumpkin pecan granola, and nut butter!
