Pumpkin oatmeal on a chilly Sunday morning is such a dream. đđđThis is so easy to make and is the perfect fall breakfast.
Ingredients
â˘1/2 cup old fashioned oats
â˘1 cup almond milk
â˘1/4 cup pumpkin purĂŠe
â˘1 Tbsp maple syrup
â˘dash of cinnamon and nutmeg
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium sized pot and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
2. Add the toppings of your choosing! I did slice banana, pumpkin pecan granola, and nut butter!
