Charlie, my brother, swears by this smoothie and drinks it every morning. A plus is that it tastes good too!
Ingredients
• A handful fresh kale
•1/2 cucumber
•1 banana
•1/2 Tbsp fresh ginger
•2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
•1 Tbsp chia seeds
•Splash of coconut water
Instructions
1. Throw all of your ingredients in your blender and be on your way to kick start your day!
