NO GUILT VEGAN APPLE CRISP. đThis apple crisp is so simple and was perfect for the family dinner I had tonight. Fall has never tasted so delicious (just ask my brother đ)!
Ingredients
â˘8 small apples (cores and chopped)
â˘1 squirt of lemon
â˘1/3 cup sugar
â˘1 Tbsp cornstarch
â˘1/2 heaping tsp cinnamon
â˘pinch of salt
Topping
â˘1/3 heaping cup brown sugar
â˘1/4 cup flour
â˘1/2 cup old fashioned oats
â˘1/4 tsp cinnamon
â˘pinch of salt
â˘1/3 cup melted vegan butter
Instructions
1. Preheat over to 375° and lightly grease a 9x9 baking dish
2. Add apples to large bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Toss to coat with sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt
3. Transfer to baking dish
4. In a new bowl, add brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter. Stir.
5. Sprinkle topping get the apple for 45 minutes
6. Top with vegan ice cream and cocowhip
