Vegan Apple Crisp

NO GUILT VEGAN APPLE CRISP. šŸŽThis apple crisp is so simple and was perfect for the family dinner I had tonight. Fall has never tasted so delicious (just ask my brother šŸ˜‰)!


Ingredients

•8 small apples (cores and chopped)

•1 squirt of lemon

•1/3 cup sugar

•1 Tbsp cornstarch

•1/2 heaping tsp cinnamon

•pinch of salt


Topping

•1/3 heaping cup brown sugar

•1/4 cup flour

•1/2 cup old fashioned oats

•1/4 tsp cinnamon

•pinch of salt

•1/3 cup melted vegan butter


Instructions

1. Preheat over to 375° and lightly grease a 9x9 baking dish

2. Add apples to large bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice. Toss to coat with sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt

3. Transfer to baking dish

4. In a new bowl, add brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter. Stir.

5. Sprinkle topping get the apple for 45 minutes

6. Top with vegan ice cream and cocowhip
