Dairy-Free + Vegan Pumpkin Blondies

The perfect fall treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 egg or flax egg

  • 3/4 cup pumpkin purée

  • 1/2 cup of almond butter

  • 1/2 cup of maple syrup

  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

  • 1 & 1/4 cup of almond flour

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Enjoy life chocolate chunks


Instructions


Whisk all the wet ingredients together and then mix in the dry. Pour into lines square baking try. I topped with more chocolate chucks and sea salt. 😋 Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
