Ingredients
Banza Rotini
3 cloves garlic
1/2 large onion (diced)
3/4 cup almond milk
3/4 cup pumpkin pureĢe
1 1/4 teaspoon dried sage
Pinch of brown sugar
*Optional: 1/3 cup of chopped walnuts and some sauteĢed Brussels sprouts
Instructions
Boil Banza in salted water
In a medium sized fry pan, sauteĢ the onion and garlic in olive oil
Add the sage and heat for one minute
Reduce heat to low and add almond milk and pumpkin. Stir to combine
Allow mixture to simmer for 8 minutes
Serve over cooked pasta!
